Picnic table

My one of the public site was the Picnic table which is 2nd floor in front of Art building. As you know it is one of the busy places.  because many students are in and out all day. I believe this place is a reunion place of many students. They meet and talk and share their lives and story in the brake time.

I set up paper on the picnic table and I wrote “How are you today? Free graffiti space” I expected their feelings and emotions with some graffiti but earnest inner thoughts. The graffiti paper was installed about one week, and I checked up every day. I was enjoying that increase graffiti every day of student’s responses. They were all together my graffiti site and they shared themselves. I also collected graffiti in and around art building. After I collect graffiti, I made CD labels with those pictures of graffiti and placed on used my CDs. Next, I arranged on the picnic table with my vivid colors of crochet wire. I tried to put them on together, so our thoughts are different, but connect together somehow.

The CDs placed on face or back because I want to let people flip the CDs then they see themselves and graffiti. I expect from the CDs effect as mirror, so those CDs were reflect the around what it shows. In additionally, CDs are for audio and video stuff. People expect some information from CDs and imagine music and movie.  I want to people could enjoy graffiti CDs and use their imagination for invisible and inaudible CDs.  

The place of picnic table was represent gathering, sharing, enjoying together.
